Yoga means connection of body and soul. We exercise the body but we work with the mind, thoughs and perception, we are connected through our breathing.

The lessons are suitable for begginer, advanced, we can also regress, progress all the exercises for everyone. We are going to focus on our back and joints. Flexible as we are younger we are going to feel. The breathing will be another topic that we will go through( proper brething makes our life much more easier and enjoyable).

Yoga is good for sportsmen, regular people release the tension (shortness) in the ligaments and muscles. It all starts in our head and physical and mental health is the key.
